The Essential Barefoot Course – 30 September to 2 October

Our next course - Friday 30 Sept to Sunday 2 Oct

Here is your chance to tap into the formidable knowledge and experience of two of South Africa’s pioneering barefoot endurance riders!

Bob and Laura Seegers are hosting another barefoot workshop at Broederstroom which will incorporate all aspects of riding, maintaining and training a barefoot horse, focusing on natural horsemanship principles.

Broederstroom is the home of the Perseverance Arabian & Endurance Horse Stud, and is also a historic farm that once belonged to Andries Stockenstrom. For more information on the stud, have a look at our page www.facebook.com/perseverance.endurancehorses or our website www.endurancehorse.co.za. We are situated just outside Graaff-Reinet, the gem of the Karoo.

For any enquiries or to book a place, please e-mail Lucy Dixon on info@endurancehorse.co.za. It is R1,700 + VAT for the course and meals alone, or R2,200 + VAT, including 2 nights B&B in the Homestead.

There is limited accommodation in the Homestead, but we do have ample space for camping. There are also many lovely B&Bs in town, less than 10km away, as well as several top class restaurants. For more information have a look at the Graaff-Reinet tourism website: www.graaffreinet.co.za.

If you can’t make this course, but would be interested in a later one, do let us know!
